About You The company is looking for: • Recent university graduates with an Undergraduate Degree, Honours, or master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management. • South African citizens with a valid SA ID document. • Applicants able to join the internship on February 1, 2027, for the full 12-month duration. • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). • No significant previous work experience and no prior participation in graduate or internship programs. • Applicants not older than 30 years. • Curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable, reflecting SAS’s core values. • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn and work independently and collaboratively. • Reliable, flexible, highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
