We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our Retail Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student who wants hands-on exposure to business intelligence, reporting, analytics and performance management within a fast-paced retail environment. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will help transform operational and financial data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across stores and support functions. You will gain practical experience working with Power BI, SQL, KPI reporting, dashboards and business performance analysis. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports. • Assist with Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and performance reporting. • Extract, clean and analyse data using SQL and other reporting tools. • Analyse sales, labour, cost and operational performance trends. • Identify risks, anomalies and business improvement opportunities. • Support month-end, budget and management reporting processes. • Assist with data validation, governance and reporting accuracy. • Support reporting automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
