Emerging Talent Programme: This is a two-year structured development programme designed to accelerate both your technical and professional development. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will benefit from: • Hands-on experience within the Capital Modelling team, developing practical actuarial and capital modelling expertise. • Business seminars and short placements across different functions to broaden your understanding of Enstar and the wider insurance industry. • Support towards a professionally recognised qualification relevant to your role. • Skills workshops focused on technical, analytical and professional development. • Participation in cross-functional projects, providing opportunities to work with colleagues across the Group, gain exposure to senior leaders and contribute to real business challenges. • Regular feedback and mentoring from experienced colleagues and senior managers. Upon successful completion of the programme, and subject to performance, participants will be allocated an official role within the Capital Modelling team and continue their professional qualification and development journey.
