Job Purpose: The Commercial Finance & Business Modelling Intern (CFBM) forms part of Signa Opportunity's Graduate Workplace Learning Programme and provides commercial finance, business modelling, and decision-support capability to the organisation. The CFBM contributes to the financial sustainability and commercial growth of Signa Opportunity by supporting the costing, pricing, financial modelling, and commercial evaluation of both existing and emerging workforce sustainability solutions. This includes contributing to the commercial success of current revenue-generating programmes, such as the YES Programme, while assisting in the development of new service offerings, including graduate employability solutions, ESD-funded initiatives, and future workforce sustainability products. The internship provides structured workplace exposure across commercial finance, business modelling, programme costing, pricing strategy, funding proposals, commercial reporting, financial analysis, and business decision support.
