Graduate Internship Programme offering structured communication work experience and training in a government department. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Receiving structured work exposure and training relevant to Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or Media Studies. • Actively participating in workplace activities, projects, and capacity-building initiatives. • Working under the supervision of experienced professionals in the placement area. About You The company is looking for: • Unemployed South African citizens with no prior participation in any National or Provincial Government Department or State Institution internship programme. • Holders of an appropriate SAQA recognized three (03) years National Diploma or Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or Media Studies. • Applicants able to provide proof of residence issued by the relevant Local Municipality or Traditional Authority. • Applicants willing to disclose any directorships, shareholdings, business dealings with organs of state, or remunerative work outside normal duties as required by legislation. Compensation & Benefits • Remuneration of R8 174.75 per month. Training & Development The 24-month Internship Programme provides practical workplace experience and capacity-building initiatives relevant to the graduate’s field of study.
