Description Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld new components for plant, equipment and vehicles Carry out repairs to worn or damaged steel structures and machinery Read and interpret fabrication drawings and measurements Cut, shape, fit and assemble steel components Repair and strengthen heavy equipment to minimise downtime Assist with plant maintenance and shutdown work when required Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintain a clean and organised work area
