Graduate Trainee Account Manager Fashion Surrey Head Office Office based 5 days Salary to be discussed This is an opportunity to join a global supplier of young fashion to the UK high street fashion retailers and brands, who are committed to developing their staff to reach their full potential. The role of Trainee Account Manager is very similar to a BAA (Buyers Admin Assistant) With a large portfolio of customers, including some of the UK’s top fashion retailers, they are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious fashion graduate to develop a career in fashion account management within a fast-paced head office working alongside experienced Account Managers to support existing customer accounts. The most important requirement is to be highly personable with strong organisational skills and be IT literate. Role Profile • Support the day-to-day management of customer accounts. • Coordinate customer orders, samples, approvals and product information. • Prepare for customer meetings and manage follow-up actions. • Liaise with Design, Production and Sales teams to ensure orders are delivered on time. • Monitor timelines and escalate any risks or delays. • Raise purchase orders, track shipments and support account administration. • Deliver excellent customer service through accurate, timely communication. • Learn internal systems, products and commercial processes.
