About this Position Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures What You´ll Do • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing procedures • Contribute to the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial performance reports • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes • Provide support during the financial year-end audit • Conduct ad hoc and recurring financial and business analyses • Assist with special projects, such as deep dives into cost lines or process-specific analyses • Support finance team initiatives focused on process improvements and automation • Support accounts receivable processes and assist with credit management activities What makes you a good fit • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Hands-on experience with Power BI is highly desirable • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus. • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of business and financial concepts • High attention to detail, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and flexible approach to work • Good written and verbal communication skills Some perks of joining Henkel • Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year • Diverse national and international growth opportunities • Global wellbeing standards with hea
