You'll gain hands-on experience in a complex manufacturing environment, taking real accountability from day one.Typical rotations include: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Commercial Finance -Supporting commercial teams, analysing customer profitability, pricing activity. Operations Finance - Working with factory teams on cost, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
