About the Role Our client is looking for diligent individuals to join their Fitter and Turner Apprenticeship program in Klerksdorp . This is an excellent opportunity to develop precision machining skills, working with lathes, milling machines, and other precision tools to create and repair metal components. You will learn from master tradespeople, gaining practical experience in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing parts to exact specifications. This program is designed to build a strong foundation for a career in precision engineering and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings , blueprints, and schematics. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet precise tolerances. Perform fitting tasks, assembling and disassembling machinery and equipment. Maintain machine tools and ensure a safe and organized workshop environment. Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong understanding of Mathematics and technical drawing. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
