About this opportunity
The Fitter is directly responsible to the 2 nd Engineer in the discharge of his duties. He is responsible for the organization and allocation of tasks to the Engine Ratings according to the maintenance instructions received from the 2 nd Engineer. He must ensure that engine room spaces and machinery are kept clean as much as possible and that the engine room stairs, ladders and walkways are clear at all times.
