This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, retail management, customer service, and business administration. Who Should Apply? Recent graduates or final-year online students who can commit to a full-time, 12-month internship programme in one of the following fields: • Consumer Studies • Consumer Science • Culinary Arts / Professional Chef • Hospitality Management • Food Science • Food Management & Nutrition Sciences What You'll Be Involved In • Supporting the day-to-day operations of four Sage Coffee shops in Eswatini. • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management. • Monitoring customer service standards and product quality. • Supporting promotional activities and store initiatives. • Assisting with operational reporting and administration. • Gaining exposure to retail operations, food and beverage management, and customer experience. • Conducting site visits and working closely with store teams. • Learning about business operations, sales performance, and profitability. • Working alongside experienced managers and supervisors to develop practical leadership skills.
