Kickstart Your Career in Banking Young Talent Frontline Programme Were looking for talented graduates to join our 18-month Frontline Programme in the Coverage Network. This is your chance to gain hands-on banking experience and build a strong foundation for a career in personal and private banking. About the programme This programme is designed to provide exposure to branch banking operations, customer engagement, digital banking adoption and service excellence, creating a strong foundation for future opportunities within the banking sector. What youll do: Gain exposure to: Client Liaison Officer (CLO) Welcome and engage with customers, understand their needs, connect them to the right banking solutions and assist them with digital and self-service channels. Cash Consultant (CC) Assist customers with everyday cash and transactional banking needs, while ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and securely. Universal Banker (UB) - Gain broad exposure to branch banking by supporting customers across a range of everyday banking needs, while building knowledge of banking products, processes and services. Youll have the opportunity to work across three areas, develop your customer service and communication skills, build your banking knowledge and experience what its like to work in a busy branch environment.
