Your graduate journey As a Data Scientist graduate trainee within NatWest, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work and become a leading data science expert. Over the course of this 12-month programme, you can expect to: • Develop deep technical expertise in data science, working alongside experienced professionals • Collaborate on real business projects to solve complex problems in areas such as Economic Crime or Climate • Gain a strong understanding of how data science can enhance customer experiences across our customer franchises including Retail, Wealth and Commercial • Gain hands-on experience with key tools and technologies, develop models using state of the art cloud technology, and learn about how to effectively build models utilising generative AI
