About the Program The ISSC Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 6-month, full-time program for recent graduates. Trainees rotate through nine ISSC departments – SAPS, Procurement, Group Operations, Vessel Accounts, Vessel IT, Galley Masters, Technical, Digital Solutions and Agency Hub – and complete a capstone project.
