Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or related HR qualification • Sound understanding of South African Labour Legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA), and related HR legislation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong administrative and organisational ability • High attention to detail and confidentiality • Proficient in Microsoft Office • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Exposure will include: • Recruitment and onboarding • Employee Relations and Labour Law • Performance Management • HR Administration • Employee Engagement initiatives • Talent Management and Succession Planning • HR Reporting and Analytics • HR Projects and Business Partnering This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain practical HR experience within a dynamic, customer-focused organisation while developing into future HR Business Partners.
