The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals. Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Medical Management Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previously worked anywhere within the Republic of South Africa. Work based exposure may include the following: Key Performance Areas • Medical Management • Customer Relations Management (Queries and complaints) • Stakeholder Management • General Office Administration, Logistics • Information Management Responsibilities • Provide administrative & operational support to the Medical Management Unit (Head Office), including Case Management • Assist in consolidating reports and performance statistics from all 5 regional medical management units weekly and monthly • Assist with analyising systems that are used in in medical operations processes • Create repositories and maintain all databases used in Medical Management Unit (i.e. claimants on unrdertakings, caregivers, service providers, case managers, stakeholders, etc.) • Supp
