The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals. Purpose of the Job: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing unemployed graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Quality Assurance Internship for unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa. Key Performance Areas General Office Administration Documents and records management Queries and complaints administration Review claims compliance against the RAF Act and internal guidance Create and maintain various spreadsheets Develop templates and checklists Identify and report on quality issues Review trends for relevance and accuracy Follow up on action plans Prepare monthly reports Liase with different stakeholders Responsibilities Rendering administration support services Appropriate record keeping Knowledge and understanding of claims handling environment Basic knowledge and understanding of claims processes and procedures Basic understanding of Quality Assurance Qualifications and Experience Certified Grade 12/ Matric certificate B
