About the Role Our client is looking for a tech-savvy and eager individual to join their IT department as an IT Support Apprentice in Klerksdorp . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, and providing technical assistance to staff. You will work closely with the IT team, learning the intricacies of IT infrastructure and support in a professional business environment within the North West province. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance issues. Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures. Requirements Grade 12 certificate with a pass in Mathematics or Computer Studies. A strong passion for technology and IT systems. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
