Position Title: Journey Millwright Reports To: Lead Millwright Department: RSM Maintenance Hours per shift: Employee works four 12-hour shifts, with three 10-minute breaks, and 30-minute unpaid lunch. Wage: $36.65(DOE) Position Purpose: Maximize mill efficiency via preventive maintenance, repair/modification of machinery, and installation of new machinery.
