Key Responsibilities • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls. • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues reported by users. • Support the IT team in managing network security measures and protocols. • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. • Participate in network upgrades and deployment projects under supervision.
