Locations: Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa Openings: Two positions - one in Johannesburg and one in Cape Town Working arrangement: Part-time, hybrid, and field-based Contract term: 1 February - 31 March 2027 Time commitment: Approximately 6 - 7 hours per week Salary: R1,000 monthly base salary per Intern, plus a performance bonus of up to R500 per month Maximum monthly earnings: R1,500 per Intern About Khaya Khaya Rewards is a fintech company transforming rent into a more valuable financial experience. The Khaya Campus Internship is a structured, fixed-term program for first-year and early-stage university students seeking practical experience in community engagement, market research, brand representation and business operations. Campus Interns work within defined responsibilities, reporting processes and performance objectives while supporting Khaya’s growth in selected communities. The opportunity Khaya is recruiting two Campus Interns: one based in Johannesburg and one based in Cape Town. Each Campus Intern will represent Khaya within selected university, residence and rental communities in their assigned city.
