As a Grainlink learner, you’ll gain hands-on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader.What To ExpectA 12-month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos.On-the-job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration.Exposure to different grain commodities (maize, sunflower, soya, etc.).Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills (computer literacy, communication, etc.).
