The Road Accident Fund’s mission is to provide timely and equitable assistance to those affected by motor vehicle accidents through the provision of appropriate social benefits to ensure financial relief and recovery for qualifying individuals. Purpose of the Learnership: The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is committed to empowering South African youth by providing skills development and workplace learning opportunities. Applications are now open for the Technology and Digital Learnership Programme, aimed at unemployed young people who have completed Matric (Grade 12) only and are between the ages of 18 and 23 years. This learnership offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience and develop digital and technology-related skills over a period of 12 months. As part of the selection process, verification checks will be conducted to confirm applicants' employment history and determine whether they have previously been employed within the Republic of South Africa. Work based exposure may include the following: • Troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, software, user profiles, connectivity & general desktop-related issues • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting business applications used by employees • Monitoring and managing devices through Intune and checking device compliance against organizational policies • Identifying non-compliant devices and taking corrective actions to bring them back into compliance • Performing manual se
