To prepare and pursue recovery claims against municipalities / government entities arising from potholes by gathering evidence, assessing liability, compiling litigation-ready files, to maximize recoveries for the insurer and its clients. Responsibilities • Determine if the government is liable • Gather Supporting Evidence • Draft the litigation sheet for the firm Qualifications • Matric or equivalent • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in LLB, Business administration or related qualifications • Computer Literate (MS Office) Take note to qualify for an INSETA Internship program you need to: • Be a South African citizen • Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA • Be between the ages of 18 & 35 • Unemployed in the last 2 months Additional Information At OUTsurance our value of HUMAN is more than just a poster on the wall.
