Key Responsibilities Manage assigned B2B customer portfolios and drive timely collection of outstanding/overdue invoices. Handle end-to-end O2C, collections, reconciliation, dispute management, and payment research . Follow up with international clients through calls and emails and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies.
