📢 We're Hiring: Marketing Intern | Melsoft Academy Melsoft is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Group's Marketing team in Johannesburg for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role, perfect for a recent graduate who wants real experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns and brand support. 📍 Location: Johannesburg, South Africa 📄 Contract: 12 Months (Fixed-Term) 💰 Salary: R7,600 net take-home per month 🎓 Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 6 (Diploma / Advanced Certificate) in Marketing or Digital Marketing What you'll be doing: 🔹 Supporting the planning, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns 🔹 Creating content for social media, email marketing and the website 🔹 Coordinating podcast logistics, Skills Capital events and Dream 100 outreach 🔹 Assisting with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic SEO 🔹 Supporting PR activities, school visits and mentorship initiatives What you'll need: ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✅ Good organisational skills and attention to detail ✅ Exposure to Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, social media management or CRM platforms is a plus This role offers structured mentorship, exposure to real marketing campaigns, and the chance to build a professional portfolio in the education technology sector.
