Purpose and Scope: Performs maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, blowers, overhead doors, air handling units, air compressors, and similar equipment. Essential Responsibilities: 1) Fabricate items, as requested. 2) Typical repairs will include replacement of standard oil seals with mechanical seals in hot water and chilled water pumps.
