NSI Paid Skilled Trade Training Program The Naval Shipyard Institute is a Paid Trade Skill Training Program, consisting of 6 weeks of paid training at Maine Maritime Academy followed by 8 weeks of Paid intensive Trade Theory in Portsmouth, NH.
