The incumbent will assist with packaging trials, material assessments, quality evaluations, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience in packaging technology and manufacturing processes. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Packaging Technology, Food Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field. No prior work experience required; academic or vacation work exposure advantageous. Key Responsibilities Assist packaging development projects. Support testing and line trials. Maintain specifications and reports. Support quality, compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
