About the YES Initiative: The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months. Position: Payroll Intern Stipend: R5,500 Location: Gauteng (Sandton) POSITION INFO: About the role The intern will gain exposure to the day to day processes which include Accounts payable, Vendor Management, Cash book reconciliation and other departmental administration processes. Responsibilities: Payroll Administration Capturing Leave from all Leave forms received and check against Employee Intakes Reconciling Payroll Totals Support onboarding administration for new employees on the payroll system Capture new employee details on payroll system Assisting with Third party reconciliation Manage clock-in\/clock-out compliance using the Company App Platform Update employee information details on the system (banking , transfers, promotions ) Assist with any other ad hoc duties Time & Attendance Collect and verify timesheets Capturing of Employee Timesheets on Intakes and SAGE Veri
