## Overview International SOS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our Quality, Health & Safety Compliance team in Johannesburg. This is more than an internship. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, auditing, compliance, reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement within an international medical services environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, collaborate with teams across the business and develop practical skills that can provide a strong foundation for your future career. ## Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Quality, Health & Safety Compliance team, you will: * Support the maintenance of Quality Management System documentation and compliance records * Assist with document control, filing, archiving and administration * Help coordinate internal audits and maintain supporting audit evidence * Track audit findings and follow up on outstanding corrective and preventive actions * Collect and consolidate operational compliance data * Support weekly and monthly reporting * Assist in developing dashboards and identifying trends and improvement opportunities * Support quality and Occupational Health & Safety induction and training programmes * Maintain training records and monitor completion * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team projects * Support meeting administration, minutes and action tracking where r
