Looking to build a career in real estate? We're looking for an ambitious, confident individual to join the Camps Bay Guy as an Intern Agent. In this role, you'll spend your first three months building relationships with homeowners through structured telephone conversations. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Camps Bay office, where you'll receive hands-on training, a basic salary, and performance bonuses for every lead that results in a successful property listing. After successfully completing the initial three-month programme, outstanding performers may be considered for progression into a rental or sales role, depending on performance and business needs. This is more than just a job.
