Job Description Job duties: Read and intrepert blueprints,drawings, and layout specifications. Fit, align, and assemble structural parts of ships, barges, and marine vessels. Measure, cut, grind, tack and prepare metal components for welding. Use hand tools, power tools,cutting torches, grinders and other shipyard equipment.
