About this opportunity
Key roles and responsibilities: Design new injection moulds and press/progressive dies in 3D CAD, from product model to full tool drawings. Manufacture tool components using CNC milling, EDM (wire and sinker), grinding, and conventional machines. Assemble, fit, and try out tools, then fix problems until parts meet drawing and quality specs. Run preventive maintenance and fast repairs on production tools to keep downtime low.
