Job Description The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices that support transformational change in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. Summarise findings and present insights to the team. • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Collect and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
