Job Description Welder/Fitter (class A and class B) Welders will weld, cut, and braze metal pieces and products by using flame-cutting and hand welding lace equipment. Welders engage in the fabrication or assembly of structural iron or steel products such as bars, I-beams, channels, angles, tees, plates and other large metal members of a structure.
