Job Description Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. Measure, cut, fit, tack, and assemble structural steel and metal components. Perform MIG, TIG, flux-core, and/or stick welding as required. Set up and operate welding machines, grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
