EmergingTalentHub is a global job aggregation and discovery platform focused on early-career opportunities, including internships, learnerships, graduate programmes, apprenticeships, co-ops, in-service training, and trainee programmes. We aggregate listings from public and partner sources and do not act as an employer or recruiter.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform

  • You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
  • You may not use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.

5. Job Listings and Accuracy

We aggregate job listings from third-party sources and do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. Always verify opportunities directly with the hiring organisation before applying.

6. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to external websites and application portals. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EmergingTalentHub (Pty) Ltd.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EmergingTalentHub (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
